Production Planner

You will work for an international manufacturer of medical products in Hoevelaken. The company develops and produces healthcare products that are used around the world. The head office is based in Hong Kong. The workplace in Hoevelaken is clean and modern. Quality and accurate work are important, because the products are used in the medical sector. You will join a growing company where you receive internal training and support from experienced colleagues.

As a Production Planner, you'll be responsible for keeping production organized and on schedule while driving continuous improvement across operational processes. You'll easily switch between day-to-day operational tasks and improvement projects.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing production and operational processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Supporting automation and digitalization projects to improve efficiency.
• Creating and managing the weekly production planning based on demand.
• Preparing and maintaining production orders, routings, and logistics labels.
• Coordinating material availability and monitoring production flow.
• Managing the shipment and receipt of production orders and goods.
• Maintaining accurate production documentation and updating it when required.
• Ensuring data accuracy within the ERP system.
• Monitoring key performance indicators such as delivery performance, output, lead times, and production efficiency.

• A competitive salary between €2,700 and €3,250 gross per month, based on a 40-hour workweek.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• You have 1 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
• You have strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivot tables. Experience with VBA is an advantage.
• You have experience working with ERP systems. Knowledge of Exact Globe or e-Synergy is a plus.
• You are familiar with Lean principles, process improvement methodologies, and root cause analysis.
• You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner and enjoy taking initiative.
• You communicate effectively and work well with stakeholders across different departments.
