Parttime Customer Quality Engineer

Our client is a high-tech organization that designs and assembles revolutionary innovations and high-end technology. They make cameras that provide optimal visibility around machines, vehicles and vessels. They develop vision solutions for every situation with the goal of increased safety, efficiency and comfort. The company started as a business in Barneveld, and has since grown into a multinational company with branches in Asia, the United States, Germany, France and Denmark. 

You will be working at the location in Barneveld, that specializes in camera and monitor systems. The atmosphere is friendly and with a great group of colleagues there will be always room for fun! The company is open Monday to Friday 08:00 - 24:00 and your working hours depend on your position.

What are you going to do?

• Carry responsibility for 1st line communication with OEM customers on issues related to product quality
• Ensure the improvement of customer satisfaction
• Register customer responses and following up on them
• Communicate internally about 8D improvement projects and involving various departments in quality issues
• Commission checks on inventories, in consultation with the Quality Control and Supply Quality Engineering departments
• Report to the manager QHSE

What do we ask of you as a Customer Quality Engineer?

• Hbo degree, preferably in Technology/Automotive or Business Administration
• Extensive knowledge of IATF 16949 (preferably as internal auditor) and experience with Lean Six Sigma
• You are familiar with 8D improvement processes and QS 9000 Core Tools
• Communicatively strong and can maintain contacts with colleagues
• Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
• You can work well independently
