For an international organization in Hoevelaken we are looking for a reliable professional for 5 days a week. 
This medical organization, headquartered in Hong Kong, is working hard on cardiological innovative developments.
Please beware, our client does not grant work visas.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Key contact and support for customers worldwide
  • Coordinate new customer approval process
  • Maintain history and traceability files
  • Maintain and control prices
  • Order entry (70% of your time)
  • Manage and maintain distributor contracts and consignment contracts
  • Consignment- and car stock management
  • Single point of contact for incoming complaint reports
  • Returned product handling
  • Support the international sales team and sales center with up-to-date customer information, data, analysis and reports
  • Liaise with all necessary departments regarding ongoing business
  • During absence of your colleague, looking after her/his accounts

Wie ben jij?

  • Mbo/Hbo diploma (vocational college and/or bachelor's)
  • Experience in a similar function in an (medical) international environment is highly desirable
  • Experience with Microsoft office and ERP system
  • Team player with good communication skills in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of other languages such as French or German is a plus, as is an affinity with languages in general
  • Effective time manager, proactive team player (and solo if needed) and analytically inclined
  • Integer and familiar with a customer and quality driven business
  • Residing in the Netherlands
