We are Young & Ambitious and that is not only in the name. Our team consists of young and ambitious talents. They understand what you are looking for. Your work is our work. Our roots

Nowadays we go through life as Young & Ambitious, but our roots go 'way back'. In 1995, two students decided to set up an organization dedicated to finding accommodation for foreign students. Students for Students | Housing was born. This concept turned out to be a gap in the market! At the time, the so-called 'exchange students' literally arrived with their backpacks, without really knowing how to find housing, let alone work. Based on this idea, the organisation has started to focus on employment in addition to 'housing'. While student employment agencies are now indispensable on the labor market, in 1995 Students for Students was an exception to the rule. The organisation grew steadily and 23 years later still existed under the same name.

In the late summer of 2018, the brand was given a new look. The target group had meanwhile slowly shifted from 'students and starters' to young professionals and up-and-coming talent. A slightly different target group, the same working method and the expertise of a young and ambitious team. In other words Young & Ambitious; the "new" name of our label!

Ambition and passion

What is your ambition and where does your passion lie? We believe these questions are the most important starting points when it comes to finding your dream job. It is a fact that you are following a good education or even already have an hbo or wo diploma. Finding a job that matches your ambitions and passions is therefore an important next step!

Personal approach

A personal approach is of paramount importance to us. For example, we attach great importance to face-to-face contact with both our clients and candidates; we believe that a personal contact moment is so much more powerful than communication by text message. At Young & Ambitious, however, we like short lines and we like to be in contact with our customers and employees. In order to get and stay in touch, in addition to face-to-face contact, we also use chat services and e-mail and, of course, we do follow the trends in the market in order to achieve the perfect match between employee and employer.
