About the job

As Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering department and be responsible for developing, improving, and implementing production processes and systems. Your goal is to achieve efficient, cost-effective, high-quality production. Other tasks include:

  • Addressing production problems and deviations (NCMR, CAPA)
  • Improving processes in terms of quality, costs, and efficiency
  • Participating in and validating sterilization (EtO)
  • Managing technical documentation and CAD drawings
  • Preparing for audits and ensuring compliance with MDR, MDSAP, and FDA

Who are you?

  • Minimum of a vocational degree in engineering (a bachelor's degree is a plus)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar technical position, preferably in the medical sector
  • Works in a structured, independent, and results-oriented manner
  • Experience with AutoCAD (required) and preferably also with Lean Manufacturing
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Familiar with technical documentation and able to manage complex projects
