Nanny (English)

The warm and welcoming family in Bussum that you are going to work for, is seeking an experienced and caring Nanny to join their household. The family consists of two parents and four children: two lovely girls aged 2 and 4, and two wonderful boys aged 1 and 14. They are looking for a dedicated individual who can provide excellent childcare, assist with light housework, and become an integral part of the family. You will join a team of two other Nannies and you will work closely with other members of the household staff. It is a busy and entrepreneurial household, but there is always time for family and friends. The family regularly goes on vacation (occasionally bringing a Nanny along), hosts fun parties for birthdays and national holidays, and often enjoys game and movie nights as well as little dance parties in the living room. Could you be their very own Mary Poppins?

• Provide attentive and loving care to our children
• Provide structure to the daily routine and help the parents with balancing a busy family and work schedule
• Assist with light housework, including tidying up, laundry, grocerie shopping, and organizing the children's play areas
• Prepare and cook nutritious meals for the children and occasionally for the family
• Pick up the children from school, daycare and activities
• Engage the children in educational and fun activities
• Help the eldest child with homework and school projects 
• Ocasionally assist in preperations for vacations (packing suitcases) and organizing birhtday parties
• Sporadically stay the night when the parents are out of town

• A gross salary between €16 - €18 per hour

• Proven experience as a Nanny or Babysitter (supporting families with multiple children and helping organize household tasks)
• Available for 2 to 3 days a week for 10–12 hours per day (hours between 07:00 and 20:00, depending on your availability)
• Willing to occasionally work evenings or weekends (very rare)
• Valid Dutch drivers licence (not required but preferred)
• Perfect command of the English language
• Able to be on-site in Bussum within 30 minutes
• Currently already a resident in the Netherlands (housing is not provided)
