Our method

You are looking for a new job and we are looking for you: a good employee for our clients. At this point you don't have to worry about writing a cover letter. In many cases this is not even necessary. From Production Employee to Consultant: we'd rather talk to you face-to-face than you spending your time on writing letters.

To speak to each other, we obviously must first get in touch! You can do this by contacting us via phone, emailing us, registering on our website or applying directly for one of our vacancies. If you want to get to know us a little better first, watch our company film.

Personal approach

All the No Brothers labels are specialists in their field. We have a broad network with a large diversity of vacancies. Whether it concerns finding a study-related side job, traineeship, starter job or the next step in your career, we will help you! In order to find the right job for you, we would like to know a little more about you. We are curious about what you like to do? What hobbies do you have? What training have you done? Do you like to work in a team or independently? Where would you like to see yourself in 5 years? And much more! Our recruiters are therefore happy to meet with you personally.

Despite the differences between the labels, you can see the personal approach, proactive attitude and involvement of all labels reflected in our working method. If you want us to look for a job with you, the first step is of course is to get in touch! You can do this by contacting us by telephone, emailing, apping, registering via our website or applying directly for one of our vacancies. So many options, but fortunately our working method remains the same after your registration.

To clarify the selection process for you, we briefly explain our step-by-step plan below.

Step Get in touch!
Step Intake
Step Introduction
Step The proposition
Step The meeting
Step New job
Step Work for No Brothers

You have applied to one of our vacancies or used our open application form and we have received your details. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the possibilities and see if there is a match.

We will receive your application and then contact you by telephone. On the phone we'll discuss your wishes and look at our offer in your region. If you think we have a nice vacancy open, we will schedule an introductory meeting with you by telephone at one of our offices or via video calling.

We value a personal introduction. We would like to get to know you. It can also be nice to know for you who we are and who you can call when you have questions. While enjoying a nice cup of (virtual) coffee, we'll talk through the vacancy, discuss your resume and we can answer all of your questions.

After our meeting we'll contact the company of the vacancy. We will send them your resume and share our personal experiences with them. This way they'll get an idea of you as a person. The company will contact us after seeing your resume. Is the response positive? Then we'll plan a meeting for you. Are you not exactly what they're looking for? Don't worry, together we will look for other possibilities!

Superb! The company has responded positively to the proposition and would like to invite you for an introductory meeting. We will plan this meeting together, but you will undertake the meeting yourself. Of course we would like to help you prepare for the meeting and we'll keep in touch with you and the company.

The meeting went well and the company and you think the vacancy is a good fit for you. In other words: you have a new job! With a new job you'll get a new contract. This can be with No Brothers or with the company itself. If necessary No Brothers can accompany you with the negotiations of the working conditions. When that is finalised, you will get a contract with us. After that our backoffice team will get to work for you. You get a personal 'No Brothers' environment where you can log in and sign your contract. When your contract is signed, you're ready to start your new job!

In your personal environment on this website, you log in weekly to declare your hours. You will also find your contracts, payslips, holidaydays, etc on this website. We regularly keep in touch to see how you are doing and you can also ask us your questions about work, your contract or your time declarations.
